Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items :

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. A return can only be made if the package has arrived at its destination, at the customer's home.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.

Refunds costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless Aesthetic Clothing makes an error. Fees and delivery times may vary depending on the state or country in which the order was placed.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is issued.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@aesthetic-clothing.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the originator had the order shipped to you to return it later, we will send a refund to the originator and they will inquire about your return.
